chaos in the streets
In case you didn’t know, UNC won the NCAA Basketball Championship last night
To give you some context, this is the road I live on. This mob is about a mile from my house.
Here are some of the thoughts I had after watching this.
How did that guy get so high up on a light pole?!
Is that girl crowd surfing on top of a street sign?!
We have helped introduce some of these people to Jesus
Some of the CO Staff are jumping over those fires in the street. HA!
God knows and loves each one of these people. I wonder what He thinks about this…
Was that a couch on fire?! and if so, how did it get in the street?!
One of our guys was nailed by a bottle rocket. Thankfully, he’s alright.
We had a lot of people (about 80) over at our house watching the game. It was our last big hoorah of the semester. When the game was over, everybody immediately vacated the house joining the masses in the streets who were all howling in the ecstasy of victory. I’d never seen such a thing. It was amazing (and creepy). Wow…
